         Predmetom zákazky je nevyhnutné zabezpečenie služieb spojených s prevádzkou, údržbou a aktualizáciou Informačného systému Registra priestorových informácií (ďalej len Systém) prostredníctvom služieb podpory prevádzky a služieb rozvoja:

         a) Služby podpory prevádzky zahŕňajú zabezpečovanie bežnej servisnej podpory, ako aj poskytovanie podpory pre zaistenie spoľahlivej, kontinuálnej a bezpečnej prevádzky Systému v súlade s aktuálne platnými požiadavkami, vrátane riešenia Incidentov,

         b) Služby rozvoja zahŕňajú všetky zmeny funkčnosti a obsahu Systému, ktoré vyplývajú z legislatívnych zmien alebo z novo vzniknutých potrieb MŽP SR ako objednávateľa, zmeny konfigurácie a nastavení Systému vynútené zmenami prevádzkového prostredia objednávateľa a udržiavanie aktuálnosti príslušnej dokumentácie Systému.
