    Predmetom zákazky je vykonanie lesníckych činností v ťažbovom procese podľa kombinácií technológií na OZ Žilina LS Rajecké Teplice.
    
    Lesnícke činnosti na účely tohto verejného obstarávania predstavujú činnosti v ťažbovom procese, a to najmä ťažba dreva, jeho priblíženie na určené odvozné miesto, manipulácia na odvozné dĺžky na odvoznom mieste, resp. určené sortimenty, technologickú prípravu pracoviska, výrub stromov a sústreďovanie dreva na odvozné miesto, a činnosti v procese pestovania a ochrany lesa. Ide o odbornú činnosť zameranú na trvalo udržateľné hospodárenie v lesoch takým spôsobom a v takom rozsahu, aby sa uchovala ich biologická diverzita, odolnosť, produkčná a obnovná schopnosť, životnosť a schopnosť plniť funkcie lesov. Ide o diferencované hospodárenie v lesoch, pri ktorom sa zohľadňujú rozmanité prírodné, porastové, hospodárske, ekonomické a spoločenské podmienky a požiadavky uplatnené pri vyhotovení a realizácií programu starostlivosti o lesy a postupy podľa osobitných predpisov pri odstraňovaní následkov mimoriadnych okolností a nepredvídaných škôd na lesoch.
    
    Dodávatelia sú povinní pri vykonávaní lesníckych činností dodržiavať všeobecne záväzné podmienky, ktoré sú súčasťou rámcovej dohody.
